EMDR Intensives For Women
Who Are Done Feeling Stuck
Heal the root of what’s holding you back—in days, not years.
You’ve done therapy.
You understand your patterns.
You know where it comes from.
So why does it still feel like nothing really changes?
You’re thoughtful. Insightful. Self-aware.
You’ve read the books.
You’ve made the connections.
You’ve probably said, “I know this is from my childhood…”
And still—
You overthink everything
You feel not good enough in ways you can’t shake
You get stuck in the same emotional loops
You feel disconnected from your desire, your voice, your aliveness
It’s frustrating… because you’re not someone who avoids growth.
If anything, you’ve been trying really hard to heal.
Here’s what most people don’t tell you:
Insight alone doesn’t create change.
Understanding your past is important.
But it doesn’t automatically resolve the emotional imprint those experiences left behind.
You don’t need more awareness.
You need your nervous system to actually process what happened.
That’s where EMDR comes in.
A Different Way to Do This Work
For many women, weekly therapy can feel slow, interrupted, or difficult to sustain in the midst of a full life.
EMDR intensives offer a different path.
Instead of 50-minute sessions spread out over months— we create a focused, intentional space to go deep.
To stay with the work long enough for something to actually shift.
EMDR intensives
can help
EMDR stands for eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. It’s a type of structured therapy that encourages a person to think about past adverse life experiences while simultaneously experiencing
side-to-side eye movements, called bilateral stimulation (BLS). Not hypnosis!
I am a certified EMDR practitioner and I have personally witnessed transformation that just doesn’t occur with traditional talk-therapy alone.
I love EMDR because clients don’t have to talk about the most painful moments of their lives again and again and again in order to see results. We just trust your nervous system to help heal itself. It’s pretty remarkable.
What Is an EMDR Intensive?
An EMDR intensive is an extended therapy session
(half-day or full-day) designed to help you move through a specific issue, memory, or pattern in a more concentrated way.
This format allows your nervous system to stay engaged in the healing process longer—often leading to more noticeable, meaningful shifts in a shorter period of time.
This is not about rushing.
It’s about creating the conditions for deeper, more efficient healing.
Who Intensives Are For
EMDR intensives are especially powerful for women who:
Have been in therapy before but feel like they’ve plateaued
Are ready to go deeper—not just talk more
Feel stuck in patterns like people-pleasing, overthinking, or self-doubt
Are navigating trauma, religious conditioning, or unresolved past experiences
Want meaningful progress without committing to months (or years) of weekly sessions
Have full lives and want a more focused, efficient approach
What We Can
Work On
Childhood wounds or attachment trauma
Religious or spiritual trauma
Chronic “not enough” beliefs
Relationship patterns that keep repeating
Anxiety, perfectionism, or emotional overwhelm
Experiences that still feel “stuck” in your body
My Approach
This work is not just about symptom relief.
It’s about changing how you relate to yourself—at a core level.
Trauma-informed
Grounded in EMDR and parts work
Rooted in a feminist, systemic understanding of women’s experiences
I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to help you access the version of you that already exists underneath the patterns.
What to Expect:
Each intensive is thoughtfully structured and tailored to you.
Includes:
Pre-intensive consultation and preparation
EMDR processing (half, full, or multi-day)
Breaks to support your nervous system
Integration time so the work actually lands
You won’t be pushed or overwhelmed.
This is not EMDR “bootcamp.”
I am not the conductor.
Your nervous system is the conductor.
We move at the pace that your system likes.

Is An EMDR Intensive The Right Fit?
This is for you if:
You’re motivated and ready to engage deeply
You have some emotional stability and support in place
You’re tired of circling the same patterns
You want a more efficient, focused way to heal
This may not be the best fit if:
You’re in active crisis
You are heavily reliant on drugs or alcohol to get through the day
You’re looking for purely talk-based support
You’re nervous system shudders at the thought of deeper emotional work
What Clients Often Experience
After an intensive, many women notice:
Relief from the emotional intensity tied to past experiences
A shift in long-held beliefs (like “I’m not enough”)
More access to calm, clarity, and self-trust
Feeling more like themselves again
You Don’t Have to Stay Stuck
You’ve already done the work of understanding.
If you’re ready to actually feel different—
this is the next step.
